Northern Ireland Business

A list of business that make us proud to say they come from Northern Ireland (the opposite of the hall of shame).  Also some information for people in Northern Ireland looking to start up their own business.

Our favourite Northern Ireland Businesses are:

• Baseacid, a local t-shirt and hoodie store based online selling both Northern Ireland related t-shirts and general funny, pop culture and geek t-shirts.  We love this site as it appeals to the Norn Irish in us but yet it's an international company.
• April Fool Short Independent Horror Movie. Please note that this is for people over the age of 18.  We have been tipped off that a Northern Ireland video production company has been busy making a short horror movie due for release on April 1st 2008.  April Fool was created, filmed and edited here in Northern Ireland.  Check out their website to view it.
• Tayto, a local crisp manufacture has been making potato based snacks for years.  It's one of the things that we all miss when we leave NI.  Hmmmm cheese and onion.
